description
Commission for this project was to renovate courtyard for old medical centre, so-called Lechkombinat, located in Tbilisi, #5 Chavchavadze avenue. The medical centre reconstruction project and master plan was done by local studio LOA#3. According to Master Plan most of project area is dedicated to green space. While thinking about the landscape design the pathways and entrances from the city has been added. Courtyard is fully open to public, thus bringing another important recreational spot in the centre of the city. Existing central pool is remained in project as a reminiscence to old park.
